When I cant afford shoes i buy jewelry, as my 2nd love, below shoes of course, because jewelry has the power to transform and outfit. From day to night, punk to preppy, classy to strippertastic, the right accessories make a blaaahhh outfit into something fantastic! And i think one of the best things about jewelry is you can spend a lot of money on it or you can choose to go cheap with it and either way it is fabulous!!
